Installed base reports (IBR’s) provide asset management data to see all of a customer's Cisco purchases from all Cisco sellers. This data outlines upcoming renewals, last day of support hardware refresh opportunities, ways to simplify installed base, EA opportunities, and identify what Cisco solutions are missing. Cisco partners benefit from IBR’s by increased renewal rates, upsell to higher value services, cross-sell to expand portfolio, on time refresh last day of support equipment, and faster solution adoption. Partners can emphasize the benefits of proactive maintenance, firmware updates, and tailored support based on the customer’s installed base. Cisco customers benefit from IBR’s by having an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all their installed Cisco assets and simplified renewals. This allows Cisco customers to protect their investments and enable full utilization.

The Digital Customer Consent (DCC) process is a digital request and approval process that allows partners to gain access to their customer's installed base and/or product usage telemetry data. This process ensures transparency and control over shared data, enabling partners to manage their customer's technology adoption and provide better solutions. We will review the DCC process and how to position the agreement with customers.


The Ready for Partners tool allows Cisco partners to download installed base reports, view digital customer consent repository, and provides a competitive dashboard of your customer’s installed base. We will review the functionalities and enchantments in the Ready for Partners tool.
