We’ll take a deep dive into creating and executing a Success Plan, exploring how Customer Success Managers align with customers' goals to drive long-term value and measurable outcomes. You'll also be introduced to QSRS (Quarterly Success Review Sessions)—a structured approach to reviewing progress, reinforcing value, and renewing executive alignment.

To bring everything together, we’ll walk through a detailed Day-in-the-Life of a CSM, helping you understand how to manage your time, prioritize accounts, and handle the dynamic nature of the role. This day is packed with practical insights, live examples, and actionable frameworks that prepare you not just for the exam—but for the job.
